Jandakot Airport supports a wide range of operations on-site, including Flight Training, Charter, Specialist Adventure Flights, Emergency Services, Aircraft Maintenance as well as Aircraft Parts and Pilots Supplies organisations.
There are two international training colleges which train pilots for their associated airlines, as well as more than half a dozen fixed wing flight training and two rotary flight training organisations that provide complete and competitive flying training at the airport in a variety of aircraft.
Jandakot Airport is the primary base for Western Operations of the Royal Flying Doctors who operate Pilatus PC12 and Beech B200 Super King Air aircraft.

The WA Police Air Support unit operates both rotary and fixed wing aircraft from Jandakot, with the BK117 helicopter and Pilatus PC12.
FESA operate the RAC sponsored Bell 412 helicopter to conduct Search & Rescue operations and Emergency patient transfers from incidents or accidents, normally up to 2ooKm from Jandakot.
During the summer months you will see Perth’s fixed wing fire bombers operating; they use aircraft types M18 Dromader and Airtractor 802 & 806.

Maintenance organisations at Jandakot have the ability to service and repair a wide range of aircraft, from single seat single engine home-build’s to turboprops and light business jets. This can include mechanical, structural and electrical as well as aesthetic touch-ups with painting, upholstery or aircraft cleaning services available.
