Building Applications are processed by the Airport Building Control Office, located at Perth Airport  

Fees and charges apply for the processing of both Development and Building Applications.

Development and Building Applications are required for:
 

*          External signage (including advertising), unless temporary and associated with a construction project.

*          Construction of roads, airfield facilities, infrastructure, aprons, and car parks.

*          Erection of a new building, or a modification/addition or demolition to/of an existing building.
